Reconciling Biomechanics with Pain Science is a two-day course that mixes a lecture, case study and hands-on learning format. This course has been taught throughout the world with the aim of simplifying the biomechanical approach to injury and pain management. A simplified, yet strongly evidenced based biomechanical approach, allows the therapist to develop skills that address all areas of the biopsychosocial contributors to the pain experience.

MACKLEN MAYSE: The Strong Class — IN PERSON

The gym can be intimidating. That’s why Macklen started The Strong Class, a small group in-person weight lifting class, where you learn all the things to become a badass. Barbells, cables, squat racks, the pull-up bar, box jumps and more. Expect a group warm-up, then rotate through a strength & conditioning circuit with personalized support & attention. No equipment required - I'll provide everything you need! Just bring yourself and workout clothes. There are changing rooms, if needed.
