Do you struggle with what to practice, when, and wonder how you’ll make any progress with random dabbling in a sea of unstructured class options? Um hmmmm. I feel you.
If your pace in a “self-paced” online class environment is equal to exactly zero… I’ve been there.
My goal is to support you with STRUCTURE, CONSISTENCY, and the RESULTS that come from DEDICATED, PROGRESSIVE LEARNING.
The weekly live classes in my membership happen synchronously. So we’re all on the same ride. You can attend classes live in-person at my NYC studio on W. 27th St, live on Zoom, or practice along with the replay video later if you miss the live class or want to review the material again. However you participate, we’ll build on material week by week.

I'm available to all online members 10 minutes before and after each class for questions, community and—let's face it—meeting each other's pets.
If you can't attend live, I'm here to support you via email. I'll answer your questions live in class, offer you individualized advice and movement options, and take your requests for areas of focus.

ALL MEMBERS HAVE ACCESS TO TWO WEEKLY LIVE CLASSES

Foundational Strength
Thursdays 5:30-6:30PM ET
- We cover all the basics for whole-body strength: Push, pull, carry, hinge, squat, and lunge
- Give your body adaptive stimulus towards capability, durability, independence, and autonomy
- Build the habit with consistency and accountability
- Equipment recommendations: One heavy weight that you can hold like a suitcase in one hand. One lighter to moderate weight that you can press overhead. Two moderate weights that are the same weight. A medium to heavy weight resistance band.

Active Recovery
Sundays 9:30-10:30AM ET
- Your ultimate Sunday morning chill out
- Self-massage, a nice roll on the floor, mobility with light resistance
- Work out the kinks and be rested and ready for the week ahead
- Equipment recommendations: A yoga blanket or large beach towel, 2 massage balls or tennis balls held together in a sock, a light-med weight resistance band, a light to moderately heavy dumbbell or kettlebell.
MEMBERSHIP INCLUDES
- 8 live classes per month (on average, days and times are subject to change)
- Replay videos available for 4 weeks after each live class
- A library of strength tutorials, short class excerpts by request, and body region focused active recovery sequences
HYBRID OPTION: IN-PERSON OR ONLINE
While enrolled in a membership, you are welcome to attend class in-person at the NYC studio while the Zoom class is happening online. Limited to 4 people per class.

Our membership pricing aims to make classes financially accessible to people across a wide array of geographic locations and socioeconomic conditions. At the same time, we must honor industry standards for quality education, and be realistic about the significant overhead costs associated with an in-person option at a physical studio in New York City.
