Feel Good, Move More
A monthly online membership full of tools from the physical therapy clinic to help you recover faster, decrease pain, and discover more joy with movement. Feel better in your body, move with ease, and build a habit of short, daily “movement snacks.”
It’s a self-amplifying cycle: When we feel good, we move more. And when we move more, we feel good. Let’s go!
My goal is to support you with STRUCTURE, CONSISTENCY, and the RESULTS that come from DEDICATED, PROGRESSIVE LEARNING.
VIDEO LIBRARY
As a monthly subscriber, you have access to a library of videos ranging from short, 5-30 minute practices, as well as full-length 60 minute classes, and longer format workshops.
LIVE CLASSES AND WORKSHOPS
New classes and comprehensive workshop series are added regularly to the membership via live Zoom recordings. All members are invited to join the live sessions.

Foot to Hip Connections for Better Balance
- A two class workshop series
- Sundays September 8 and 15, 9:30-10:30am ET
- Learn strategies from the physical therapy clinic for improving mobility and efficiency of motion in your feet and ankles.
- We'll address some of the myths and rigid rules on how your feet and ankles "should" move. These workshops are about embracing variability and striving to restore all mobility options for optimal function.
- Learn a series of strength exercises that will help you build up long-term capacity and resiliency in your feet, ankles, and lower legs.
I'm available to all online members 10 minutes before and after each live event for questions, community and—let's face it—meeting each other's pets.
If you can't attend live, I'm here to support you via email. I'll answer your questions live in class, offer you individualized advice and movement options, and take your requests for areas of focus.
