Since you crossed the threshold into mid-life, your fitness priorities have shifted.

You’re curious about strength training because you’ve heard it’s a powerful way to accomplish just that, but honestly… Where the eff do you start?

You want to find something you love while also accomplishing your biggest goal: to get stronger so that your body is as resilient as possible in this next phase of life because you still have things you want to do!

True Strength Academy is the solution!

True Strength Academy marries the best of group classes, personal training, and solo practice so that you get customized attention, the motivation of peers, and plenty of implementation and practice time on your own. Win-Win-Win, right?

How It Works:

This 6 or week program meets in person with regular implementation weeks spread throughout.

In-person classes will be full of practical education about training, anatomy, exercise principles, and movement, along with powerful strength workouts scaled and adapted to your needs.

During implementation weeks, you will get practice homework and videos to help you integrate and synthesize everything you’ve learned in class.

Along the way, there will be plenty of time for Q & A and conversations about mindset and goal setting for your strength training needs.

Results:

Learn foundational Strength Training principles and movements that you can use to train yourself for the rest of your life.

Dismantle your perceived limits and awaken to how strong you really are – inside and out.

Connect with like-minded women motivated to make powerful shifts to their physical health and lives.

Get strong.

Find a new appreciation for your body and what it’s really capable of, while also experiencing a massive shift in what you see possible for you in your life too.
