Durability for Life is Practice Human's signature small group strength training course. Designed for women ages 65+ who want to feel more confident and capable in daily life and with more demanding physical activity. Limited to only 4 participants. This class runs as a 6 or 8 week series.

Weight Training for Yoga Practitioners is a collaboration between yoga teacher, strength coach, and student physical therapist Giulia Pline, and physical therapist Caitlin Casella. Designed for yoga teachers and long-time yoga practitioners who are interested in learning the fundamentals of weight training in a small group environment. Limited to only 6 participants.
