In-person classes at Practice Human are offered with the following objectives:
- Provide you with the understanding and practical experience necessary to safely and effectively get stronger, improve muscle mass and bone density, and sustain functional independence.
- Keep class sizes small enough to provide individualized feedback and support. This includes evaluating your baseline of strength and mobility, and suggesting exercise options that fit your body proportions, level of experience, and goals.
- Offer continuity across classes and progressions week by week within a series format.
- Build community! Training with friends is a whole lot more fun than training alone. You'll find a cohort of peers to hold you accountable and lift you up.
