VIDEO LIBRARY
As a monthly subscriber, you have access to a library of videos ranging from short, 5-30 minute practices, as well as full-length 60 minute classes, and longer format workshops.
LIVE CLASSES AND WORKSHOPS
New classes and comprehensive workshop series are added regularly to the membership via live Zoom recordings. All members are invited to join the live sessions. Most live workshops are held twice-monthly on Sunday mornings, 9:30-10:30am EST.

February - March Schedule & Theme
I love teaching about the hip so much, I've decided to dedicate two months worth of content to this amazing and powerful joint!
Each of the four 60 minute workshops below will focus on mobility and somatic style "brain mapping" movement for the first 30 minutes of class. Then, we'll integrate and build on the same motions with strength exercises for the second half.
I've clustered the dates toward the end on Feb and beginning of March for continuity. Hip motion themes are listed here as well. Don't fret, we won't be spending a whole hour on only one hip joint motion. The motions listed will be the primary focus along with other/counter movements for a well-rounded practice.
Sundays 9:30-10:30am EST
- February 16: Hip flexion
- February 23: Hip extension
- March 2: Hip internal and external rotation
- March 9: Hip abduction and adduction

Short body region specific practices utilize:
- Self-massage
- Stretching & active mobility
- Movement with light resistance
- Therapeutic exercise for knee & hip arthritis, back pain, and other persistent discomfort
- Somatic practices
- Breathwork and conscious relaxation
