Kettlebell Basics
Hey, I'm Caitlin. Kettlebells were my "gateway."
When I made my transition from yoga to strength training years ago, kettlebells were my gateway to more robust and explosive movement and heavier strength training.
The technique and skill based learning spoke to my movement interests at the time. Kettlebells provided an accessible introduction to resistance training in a fun environment. I still use them as a valuable component to my own training and in the physical therapy rehab setting.
Join me to learn more about these versatile tools for improving strength, power, mobility, coordination, and metabolic conditioning.
