Durability for Life is Practice Human's signature in-person small group training. Designed for women ages 65+ who are absolute beginners or somewhat new to strength training. Led by physical therapist / strength & conditioning coach Caitlin Casella. Limited to only 4 participants. This class runs as a 6 week series.
