Practice Human 28 W 27th St, New York, NY, United States

In this slightly shorter, 6 week progressive series, you'll broaden your experience and learn multiple options for a wider variety of exercises. Navigating Strength is about more than how to perform exercises (form, resistance, sets, reps, etc). Caitlin and Macklen will help you discern how to get similar strength work across a variety of equipment, so you have more options at the gym and at home.
