    Weight Training for Yoga is designed for yoga teachers and long-time students of yoga who are interested in learning the fundamentals of weight training—including programming, rationale, and equipment options—in a small group environment. This in-person class series is a collaboration between yoga teacher, strength coach, and student physical therapist Giulia Pline and physical therapist Dr. Caitlin Casella.

    Durability for Life is Practice Human's signature small group strength training series. Designed for women ages 65+ who want to feel more confident and capable in daily life and with more demanding physical activity. Appropriate for those new to lifting weights and patients completing a physical therapy plan of care who will benefit from individualized feedback and guidance from a physical therapist for a safe transition into more robust exercise.
