Our goal at Practice Human is to provide quality care for all our clients. Cancelations and no-shows take away time and resources from our practice, staff, others who would like to schedule in your place, and your own progress due to unexpected gaps in your plan.

No-shows and cancelations made less than 24 hours before your appointment start time will be charged the full appointment price, or forfeited from your session package. The full session price is paid out of pocket and cannot be reimbursed by any out-of-network insurance policy.

For Medicare patients only: Cancelations made less than 24 hours before your appointment start time will be charged a $50 fee. This $50 is paid out of pocket and cannot be reimbursed by Medicare.
