WHAT BROUGHT ME HERE

I'm California born, Nebraska raised, and a self-proclaimed New Yorker! I moved to NYC in 2011 to pursue my dreams of Broadway stardom. While I haven't received my Tony award yet (it must have gotten lost in the mail), I have been able to create quite a fulfilling life for myself here in NYC. I’ve been working with people the majority of my life, and my time as an actor has given me an empathetic spirit and a vigor for humanity. I enjoy making music, sewing, directing theatre, Disco music, and creating lasting memories with my chosen family. I truly love what I do here at Practice Human, and I can’t wait to help you get started on your PT journey.

My passion to help others is a driving force, and I will do everything I can to ensure you get the care you need. I have seen first hand how much Physical Therapy can change someone's life. I suffered from debilitating back pain and without PT I don't know what I would have done. In my experience, PT gives you back control over your pain, and provides you with the tools to overcome it. With the guided wisdom of a Physical Therapist, I learned what I can actively do to not only resolve my symptoms, but prevent them from returning in the future. I utilize the exercises I have learned to this day to keep myself pain free and live my life fully without fear of flare-ups. It feels as though I've stumbled on a secret and I must tell the world.
